Student Recruitment Marketing Officer
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Student Recruitment Marketing Manager and in collaboration with the other Marketing Officer implement the University’s student marketing strategy and deliver effective marketing tools and support to achieve marketing and recruitment goals for each target audience and assigned subject areas. Effectively use the marketing mix to deliver innovation, consistency of quality and value for money.
Job Description
Deliver plans informed by the annual decision-making cycle for UK based students, produce appropriate marketing tools to influence prospective students in their choices regarding where and what to study. Under the direction of the Manager, work with the corporate communications team to ensure clarity on overall positioning/USP’s of the university and effective communication of these messages through marketing tools. Focus on generating leads and converting them into applicants and enrolled students through first-rate affinity marketing techniques.
Support brand and reputation build through a clear understanding and use of the university’s brand strategy and positioning in advertising on and off line, copywriting, communications online and in print. Understand and support aligned key subject areas for recruitment ensuring tools and campaigns support growth in these areas.
